AutoNation Ford Orange Park

I recently purchased a used Tesla Model X from AutoNation Ford and the experience was nothing but positive. They had the car shipped from an AutoNation dealer in South Florida at a very fair price, they gave me a fair price for my trade unlike Carmax or Carvanna that low balled so low I literally laughed out loud as I was walking out. The salesman Paul was awesome to work with. I know how the process goes and that the “Let me run this by my manager bit” though necessary can get old quick. However He was not pushy and facilitated everything from test drive to the close of the deal very smoothly with no pressure and VERY little back and forth between himself and the sales manager. Since the car was being shipped the deal took a few days (which was totally expected) but communication was great and he always responded quickly with any questions I had. I would not hesitate to buy my next vehicle from this dealer and especially Paul. It’s not easy finding a salesperson that doesn’t nag you to death or try to coerce you into something you don’t actually want. Even finance was smooth even though I brought my own financing. I have had issues with other dealers that get all weird and pushy when you try to finance outside of the institutions they are partnered with.

Just picked up my new Ford Maverick XLT and couldn’t be happier. Auto Nation of Orange Park is a great place to do your shopping and buy your next vehicle. The salesperson and finance department were great, one of the easiest time buying my truck I ever had. Would buy from them again and will be recommending them to all my friends and family. This disabled veteran retired from Ford Motor Company after 35 years. I worded in Service Engineering and Developes The Service Writer Job Aid, received a Maximum Suggestion awards for Developing the National Technical Hotline Database and no going to be 80 next month, It was my first time at an AutoNation Ford, Lincoln facility because my wife insisted we buy a 2012 Ford Transit Connect with 106,000 miles for $5,600. Because it is a commercial vehicle and it is know to last up to 300-400k miles she was convinced this would go great with our 2017 SLC 300 AMG Mercedes. We can use the Ford for Fun On Road Daily! Before we can start pulling out sailboat, roof roll-up tent and the nylon fishnet jump seats to get all the kids to the water we needed to have our Ford Dealer check her out. Overall she needs some work and a few parts but we are happy the have all the immediate safety issues addressed. It cost about $168.00 and it was well worth it. We are saddened Ford no longer makes this Dream Vehicle for grandparents and we love it 26 miles per gallon on the highway. I'm still waiting for the list of reccomeded repairs and the cost to finish the job with the hope we will get to 350-400k miles. I will be going back for on going maintenance and I feel like all my grandkids have a new Florida family here in Jacksonville, FL.

Staff is very friendly and my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. They were able to mount and balance my 37” tires for my Bronco and it turned out great. Would recommend to anyone.

Easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. My salesman, Kyle, was top notch and great throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and delivered everything as promised. He even took the time to help me setup everything on the infotainment screen!
