The people involved in my truck purchase made the entire process at Auto Nation one of the best I have ever had. Mike S. Met us in the parking lot and asked some questions that helped him locate and show us the trucks that may be our best option. There was no pressure when I told them I could not sign for the truck until talking it over with my wife. (Because I’m a smart man, not a weak one, as some may think!) We bought the vehicle the next day. They filled the 35 gallon diesel tank to the top and he gave me an overview on how all the various buttons and options work on the panel. Everything went well and I would not hesitate to send friends over there to buy!

We recently flew all the way from Montana to Panama City, Florida to purchase a 2017 Ford Expedition from AutoNation Ford, and honestly, the experience could not have gone better. He even helped my husband get from the hotel to the dealership, which was incredibly appreciated after a long day of travel. Everything was explained clearly and professionally, and they genuinely seemed to care more about making sure we were happy with the vehicle than simply making a sale (though with the mileage we found, we were happy to give them the sale!). They also ensured the Expedition completed a full Certified Pre-Owned inspection, which gave us a lot of confidence in the purchase. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and far easier than many local dealership experiences we’ve had with the last four purchases over the years. I brought my vehicle to the AutoNation Ford Panama City Dealership on 6/11/2026 for an oil change and received an unexpected excellent service. The Service Advisor, Ms. Taylorann was professional and answered my questions with confidence. The wait for the service was about 80 minutes. The waiting room area was clean and comfortable. The service technician sent me a video explaining the status of my vehicle condition and services provided to my vehicle along with her recommendations. Overall, I had no complaints about this dealership. The services and professionalism from this dealership were more than I expected. Thank you.
