I purchased my first EV with Steven at AutoNation on 05/18. Jeremy took my call over the weekend and answered all of my questions up front and was flexible with me on time to come in to purchase my vehicle. Because Jeremy had a conflicting appointment at the time that worked for me, he set me up with Steven and let me know I would be in great hands. Steven was completely transparent and gave me the best deal possible on my Mach E. He explained everything about the car in detail, taught me how to charge it, explained each adapter, and took the time to help me setup all apps for the car and anything within the car’s computer system that I was unsure about. I visited and talked to multiple dealers and this was the only dealership that made me comfortable with the purchase and took the time to educate me on EVs. During my test drive we noticed the car has a small paint chip due to time on the lot and Steven and the manager Chris wrote up an order to fix it free of charge anytime I can drop it off which is very appreciated. I am proud to say that I am a NEW car owner. Yesterday I just bought my first ever car and man was I intimidated. I had no idea what I wanted or how to buy a car in the first place. I walked in nervous and left so confident in the decision I have made :) AutoNation Ford Scottsdale has the nicest workers of all time. I personally worked with Edward Austin, and boy did he make the experience so easy. He asked me what car I liked the most and I pointed at a Bronco. A Bronco has been my dream car. From that moment on, everything just felt right. He walked me through every detail, answered every single question I had (even the ones I thought were dumb), and never once made me feel pressured. It honestly felt like I had someone in my corner the entire time. Driving off the lot in my dream car didn’t even feel real. I keep looking at it like… that’s mine?? After all the nerves going in, I can’t believe how smooth and exciting the whole experience turned out. Huge thank you to Edward and the team for making this such a special moment for me. They gave me a great value for my trade-in and were able to work out a deal on a truck I had been trying to find for a long time. What really stood out to me was that they weren’t pushy at all. After months of dealing with sales pressure, that alone made a huge difference. To be honest, by the time I walked in I was pretty burnt out from the car-buying process and probably wasn’t the most pleasant customer to deal with. Despite that, Adam and the team handled everything with professionalism and a smile. In my opinion, what separates a good dealership from the rest isn’t just their willingness to make deals—it’s being transparent, direct, and supportive throughout every step of the process. I never leave reviews, but—simply put—this is the best Ford service department in the state. Cole, my service advisor, is knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently on point. The entire team is professional, efficient, and clearly focused on doing the job right. They go above and beyond every time, whether the issue is minor or complex. Communication is clear, timelines are accurate, and there are no surprises. I’ve owned multiple Fords—from a Fusion to a Raptor R—and haven’t experienced this level of service anywhere else. That level of consistency is rare across any manufacturer.
