AutoNation Ford St. Petersburg

I have to say that the Service department at AutoNation Ford of Saint Petersburg has dramatically improved. My last 4 Oil-Changes and scheduled Maintenance appointments were Great! My service writer Salem always greets with a very Positive attitude. He’s very helpful, thorough and genuine. During my last visit I had advised him of a slow leak in my Front Passenger tire, and asked for it to be inspected. While waiting I was blown away to get a Text alert with a Live Video update showing me exactly where the leak was! That’s Quality Service!

I am very glad that I drove a little further to shop at this dealership. They had a nice truck for a great price listed on the autonation website. The salesmen were not aggressive and very professional. All employees that I could observe were very nice. The last dealership I used promised all kinds of things they did not deliver. These guys kept it straight... Ahmed and Karl helped me and they did great. I do recommend this dealership if you want a straight forward buying experience.

Very easy process. My Wonderful sales person Art made it very simple and easy for me.Art was a gentleman explained everything to me about the automobile and the process. Jack, the finance manager got me registered license plate and on the road in a super quick amount of time with a smile on his face the whole time. It’s a wonderful dealership to do business with I met a young lady outside all excited just purchasing a preowned Tesla. I have been going to the dealership with my Ford since I moved here in 2019. I recently decided I wanted a newer car and they were able to help me buy a used Toyota. I had an amazing young man named Ali that helped me he was patient and it took a while to find what I wanted and to negotiate a fair deal but he never gave up and I'm very happy with my new car and how well they treated me. There were a few issues once the car was transferred from another dealership and he took care of them no problems no question asked.
