# Summary The dealership receives strong praise for efficient sales processes, knowledgeable staff members, and professional customer service that prioritizes customer needs and accommodates requests smoothly. However, one customer reported severely inadequate service department performance, including a three-week delay in addressing a shattered rear windshield, poor communication, lack of compensation for vehicle downtime, and alleged mishandling of the vehicle during repairs.
Best dealer experience I’ve had in years. Omaid was responsive and knowledgeable about the vehicle. F&I manager did not waste hours of my time peddling packages. He was very efficient and to the point. From test drive to picking up vehicle was maybe an hour. Great experience and would recommend for future purchases.
I am very happy with my recent experience at Ford Torrance! Special thanks to Ioannis in sales and Hani in financing. They both made sure I had an excellent experience and really went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I have had the car for a couple weeks now, and am super satisfied with my decision. Ioanny was very professional, kind, and understanding to my needs as a customer and made sure the whole process went smoothly. Hani was also very kind and professional and made the whole paperwork experience enjoyable with his friendly demeanor and attitude. I would highly recommend Ford Torrance (specifically Ioanny and Hani) for anyone looking to purchase or lease a new Ford. As mentioned, I am beyond happy with my new Bronco. Thank you Ioanny and Hani- I am wishing you and your team much success!
Highly recommend reading till the end if you value your research on a place before going. I originally had given this dealership a 4/5 when I bought my car only due to someone not sure who had driven my brand new car that had a 100 miles an additional 20 miles while there for a window recall! That's not even the worst part after my last visit their service was atrocious, a random Tuesday day last month 1/13/26 to be exact my rear windshield randomly shattered completed deeming the car as of that moment undriveable. I work at the Toyota dealership next to this ford so I waited for my lunch and took the car over. Upon pulling up to the service lanes, Linda their service manager who I've heard isn't there anymore for some odd reason (she did not know how to help a customer) came out looked at my car and told me "okay, we can submit this to Ford and it should take 24-48 hours" and already for me granted this is my only car I had no choice but to leave it. Time goes on never heard anything, no update after the 48hrs even till next week. I don't want to bore you but long story short they took three weeks to give me an answer!! During those three weeks of course I was upset, disappointed and annoyed I had told them it was my only car but they don't care cause if they did I would've got some sort of rental. I called customer service 3 three times which the first time the lady gave me a service bulletin that based on what she said Ford had acknowledged an issue with the rear glass and yet I give it to my advisor Jesse and apparently it meant nothing. I called the general manager who was a joke and pretty much told me to go through my insurance and accused the incident of occurring from impact so he says. I had tried everything and talked to who I could, I still to this day am baffled as to why they declined the glass replacement as apparently there wasn't "enough evidence" even though I had photos, and videos displaying how it looked prior to bringing it there. Randy another advisor had told me that the Ford engineers who built these cars told him it looked like the rear defroster overheated and if that isn't a clear answer than I don't know what is. On top of that 3 days prior to this unfortunate incident happening I had put brand new rims and tires on my car literally 3 days before and what happens one of the rims/tire gets damaged there. That was when I had brought my car to my job because I was sick of waiting for answer and figured I'm just gonna have to pay for it myself, inspected it and found the wheel/tire damaged along with the battery cover and terminal all loose with missing clips as shown in the video. They don't care about you or your car they just want numbers and tickets closed. I even mentioned another concern with my driver side window somewhat rattling when driving but that was never even looked at. Considering I had just bought this car from them just about 4 months ago and is one of their higher end models you would think they would have more respect but clearly not. If I could give this place 0 stars and still write this review I would. Like I said I work at Toyota and the difference between how not only our techs but how are service manager treats customer cars are night and day , all of my co workers and my service manager were astonished on how badly not only the car was treated but how long it took just for a no. On top of all of that I obviously had to pay my car which is high amount per month and yet it being down for three weeks waiting on them I was offered no compensation of any sort, My mom was taking me to work, I could not run any errands and even really go places because this was my only car. Jesse had told me they will reimburse me for my wheel damage as I do not trust any of their work now and yet I am still waiting and have given him the rim repair invoice nearly 5 days ago already.
Joseph made the sale streamlined and easy for me! He was very accommodating, helpful and responsive. I was able to custom order a vehicle, have it delivered and navigate financing without any issues, despite multiple logistical complications on my end. Really appreciated the amazing customer service! Highly recommend.
A few days ago, we went to a dealership late in the night, and Cristian Gomez greeted us with a warm welcome. He treated us very well and explained everything about the car in detail. We had been to other places, but I wasn't very convinced because they didn't give good explanations about what we were looking for. But in AutoNation, we traded in my 2001 Subaru for a 2024 Toyota Rav4. I'm happier than ever with my new car! Thank you, Cristian Gomez and AutoNation for helping us with the purchase of my new car. Happy and prosperous New Year !
