I got an excellent deal on a 26 Accord Sport-L. Very friendly and helpful staff including manager Daniel Blatnick and salesman Sal Garcia. Their price quote, which was provided by email, was much better than others I received. It would have been "no haggle" but I fell in love with a higher model on the showroom floor and we were able to reach agreement on a new deal very quickly! So I drove it home off the showroom floor. Highly recommend.

I purchased a brand new 2026 CR-V, and with fewer than 3,000 miles on it, the sunroof has been leaking consistently. The dealership keeps claiming that it is "normal" for mist to get inside a sunroof. However, water pouring into the vehicle during a car wash is absolutely not normal. I have already brought the car into the shop five times for this exact issue, and they still refuse to fix it. Extremely disappointed in the service and quality.

The sales person was great. The rest of the experience was not good at all. We chose the car and told them we did not want to haggle or be there all day. We were paying cash. It took just under 3 hours to get thru finance. I think they only want people who finance. We told Cheisee the finance manager that we did not want any extra coverages but she insisted on going thru everything even though we told her that we did not want to hear any more. She was very rude about this. We would not return to this dealership.

The team at this location are hospitable and eager to help with any questions you might have. The process was fairly quick and they have been great with follow up and questions over the past few weeks since my purchase. If I were to buy another vehicle, I would return. David C. was professional and extremely knowledgeable with features and options. They also had the biggest selection of options for Honda. Thanks all!

I had a tire that was going low every few days. So I decided to get it checked out. Made a appointment 5 days prior online. When I got there there was no appointment made on my car so I showed them my email confirmation. I had also wanted to get a oil change at first they said they couldn't do nothing about it. Then came back and said they could do the oil change. When they inspected my tires it had a nail in the tread and said it was unrepaireable so they found a razor blade in the second tire and also said it was unrepaireable which didn'teven pentrate the tire. Did not even offer to replace it as I do have a tire and wheel package. The lady was very rude Lindsey. No customer service at all. So I took it to a different autonation and they were able to help when they opened the hood my brake fluid lid was off and was not installed back. Very shitty service all around.
