Too Long Didn't Read: ***ONLY BUY FROM AUTONATION HONDA CLEARWATER*** The Long Story: Abigail (sales associate) and Alan (finance manager) were amazing in the buying process. I have been searching for the right vehicle for months with very particular preferences, and they checked every checkbox on the check list. I brought my three kiddos to the dealership afterschool, and the dealership had activities for the kids to play with and they were patient with my nonverbal son. Abigail fought for my vehicle since other folks wanted to purchase the vehicle, as well. 💜 Alan kept the monthly payment where I requested, lowered the interest rate to reflect my credit score, and stayed within my loan month limit. The overall cost with my downpayment included was reasonable. Alan is very transparent and that's what I seek when speaking about finances. He's also quite humorous, as well. ☺️ Overall, what I appreciated the most was the consistency with transparency from start to finish. The stigma is that dealerships are shady based on previous experiences I would've said that's true, but now being at Autonation Honda in Clearwater I know what a FANTASTIC experience is like and I am here to stay. 🤍 Thank you so much! 😊

Drove over two hours to get my car. Worth every minute. Even though it was a used car, Will and Jay were absolutely fantastic. Will had me do a pre-approval before driving that far. Jay worked with me to not only get a good warranty but also lower my payment while doing it. Will wouldn’t let me leave without a brand new rear wiper blade. Who does that? They do. I’m loving my Edge and have the peace of mind knowing I’m covered if that precursor of doom check engine light comes on.

I had a great experience buying my car thanks to Marc. He was really helpful throughout the whole process. I had my heart set on a specific color with a black interior, but since the exact car wasn’t available on the lot, I was having a hard time visualizing it. Marc went out of his way to show me a similar car he had available so I could see it in person, which really helped me feel confident in my decision. It was close to closing time, and he still stayed late to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable with everything, which I really appreciated. They were able to get my exact car by the very next day. Also, thank you to Eddy for helping me get an amazing deal—both on my trade-in and the out-the-door price. I absolutely love my new 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback Touring. I’d definitely recommend working with Marc and the team if you’re looking for a new car!

Went to test drive a car so I would know what to buy when I return to FL in September. Had a fantastic agent, Abigail Halliday. I asked for her directly because of her previous reviews. Took a CR-V hybrid for a drive and loved it. To make a long story short CJ Lewis was floor supervisor (not positive on titles) made me a deal I couldn’t refuse. The incentives were great (financing and military retired). They got the car that evening and I went back the next day with my 23 year old snow bird trade in. They had my CR-V detailed and ceramic window tints ready. Great service and a great car.

Let me start sales wise, these guys are on it! Ive been to many Honda Dealerships over the years and these guys rock. I initially called since my lease was coming to an end. I refused to go back to the current dealer I worked with and wanted to upgrade to the 2026 Civic Hybrid Hatchback Sport Touring. I called about one but they said it was at the Orlando Store and they said they would get it transported if I really wanted but I said I was open to test drive the Red because I was open to a color change. I worked with Chelsea, she was great and did all the research etc. I got in a Bind with my current lease because the last dealer did not put me under Honda Finance and I thought it was going to mess up the whole deal as the they could not buy my current car. Eddy came out, explained it all to me and felt for me a bit. I was pretty frustrated because I didnt think switching leases was going to be this tough. Eddy did not even push the red in his store and was adamant he was getting the white transported to me free of charge from Orlando, signed me for the lease so when I came a week later to pick it up, I could just drive off. Probably the best customer service I've seen at dealership since Pre-Covid. I will be back to this dealer in the future for services / sales. I am back under Honda Finance, happier than ever, have a great car and thankful for the customer service at this dealership!
