Laura, my saleswoman took great care of me, from the beginning phone call all the way until i left the lot, and then still followed up with me the following days after and asked how the vehicle was and how I was doing. Great service, the sales manager also did a great job and followed up with me and made sure I was getting taken care of. No one was too pushy, all the way to finance. Appreciate the time they took to make sure my family and i were set up with waters and made us feel comfortable. Excellent customer service. They actually listen to your needs and wants. They don’t force things on you. I was able to get the vehicle that I wanted for the requirements I had. If you need a car go see Peter, however the whole Autonation East Honda team is awesome.
