Before making the nearly one-hour drive to this dealership, I called to confirm that the BMW I was interested in was still available. I was specifically told that the vehicle was available, which is the only reason I made the trip. When I arrived, there was already a sign on the vehicle stating that it had been sold. I immediately called the salesperson I had spoken with, and he called me back a few minutes later. However, he told me that he did not know the vehicle had been sold. At the end of the day, this information should have been verified before I was told the car was available and before I spent almost an hour driving to the dealership. While I understand mistakes can happen, confirming inventory accuracy is a basic part of customer service and would have saved me a significant amount of time and frustration.

I purchased a used vehicle in great condition except we didn’t notice the tail light was out at the time of purchase since it was day time. When I called back to mention it, right away they ordered the part and fixed it. Sammy did great business and exceptional customer service. Thank you Sammy and Auto nation!

I was at the dealership earlier getting a oil change and i decided to take a look at some suvs since i am looking to trade in soon, The manager at the front was incredibly rude to me and said I won’t be able to test drive any vehicles unless im planning on trading in today. after i talked to someone else they referred me to Louie which was absolutely AMAZING, he completely turned my experience around and made the time for me. If you are looking to buy a vehicle or trade in from this location i definitely recommend going to him because he is very honest and will give you the help you need instead of pushing you to get a car. Bought my new Honda Civic here in April 2025 and came in to replace a flat tire in March 2026. The customer service here is outstanding. I experienced this both when I was purchasing my car and when I brought it in for service. If you are looking for a place who listens, doesn’t try to upsell you after expressing no interest, basically eliminating the stereotypical sleezy/pushy car salesman vibes, come to this dealership and see Samy. He was the absolute best person to work with when I was buying. Personable, friendly, and truly worked his magic to get the best deal that worked for me. Of course with car ownership, sometimes the unexpected flat tire happens. One thing great about Honda is that they offer roadside assistance the first 3 years for new vehicles. I used this service and the car was taken to Victory Honda in Chicago where they quoted me 2+ weeks for a new rim and tire. Ain’t no way was I going to wait that long! So, I called up AutoNation Honda, spoke with Patrick (I think is his name) and he literally saved the day. Him and Victor in parts helped get me scheduled for next day service, got the parts within a day and quoted me less than what the other dealership was offering. I was ecstatic. Talk about really coming through for customers 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
