AutoNation Honda West Knoxville

Buying a car can be such a headache, but the guys at Auto Nation Honda make the experience so smooth. I test drove the car one day and told them I’d be back the next day to buy it. They had it all cleaned up and ready to go! Brandon A, Mark, as well as their team were great to work with.

This review is for new car sales only. Shop else where! Not because of the people, simply because of the way they handle pricing. I have now bought 3 Honda’s in less than 2 years. I have started here for each purchase as it is very close my house. Each time I was able to save $2k+ by driving to Economy Honda Chattanooga or Rusty Wallace. Their best price was significantly higher than other dealers. 3 times. That is a trend. If you buy a car from here, you are likely over paying.

So... I'm generally VERY leary of auto dealerships (I've never had a good experience). However, my experience at Autonation Honda, was actually an extremely pleasant one. They worked very fairly, and quickly throughout the entire process. I was shocked at how Ivan and his manager, Adam, went WELL above and beyond. I added pretty much all the extra add-on's, etc.. And not only did they all deliver, they did so in record time. Seriously, I was blown away. I highly recommend them to anyone. Even the managers from other departments came to me upon final signing, introduced their selves, and offered very sound advice, etc., And everyone was incredibly down to earth, helpful, and above all else friendly... certainly not my experiences in the past. If you're in the market for a new auto, I would not hesitate to give them a visit.

Had to do some routine maintenance for our 2020 Honda Pilot at Autonation Honda West. Jeremiah was our service representative and did a great job explaining issues found with the vehicle and how to submit claims etc. This led to a quick repair process under warranty within 24 hours. It’s great to know they were concerned about my families safety, and able to accommodate our schedule in order to get all repairs done at half of the cost that we anticipated. Thanks for another great experience!

My wife and I came to Autonation honda west knoxville to get a car. And we were greeted by Joseph chaaya. My wife and I was very pleased at the service and care he showed us. We didn’t feel a bit of pressure like you do at most car dealerships. Joseph is very knowledgeable at his job and very funny. You can be yourself and he will join in with you. Car buying was so easy and stress free with Joseph being our consultant.
