For service at autonation Lincoln: No communication with my service advisor. Very upset with the whole situation. Car was picked up through the concierge program, however I was not notified that my car was dropped off or what the plan was for my car. I had to call in two hours later to find out that my car actually made it to the dealership and plan for its maintenance. No notification that my car was on the way back to my house after service had finished. Car was actually taken to my old address and not my new address where it was picked up from initially. This could have been prevented if there was communication from the dealership. Very upset with the lack of communication from the service department.
