AutoNation Mazda Carlsbad

This was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Mitchell is old school, straightforward, and honest. We had been to two other Mazda dealerships before AutoNation and had terrible experiences. All we wanted was to know the out the door price on the car, and if we could find a payment plan that met our monthly requirement. We did not want to haggle, or play the game of having to get up and start to leave to get our desired price. Mitchell delivered everything we wanted and more, other dealerships should take note! We went on an excellent test drive. Mitchell was super knowledgeable on all the features and that allowed us to actually use them on the test drive (a big selling point for us). The cherry on top was getting a better interest rate than our bank, and being able to put our down payment on a credit card to get points. The gentleman in the finance office was also a pleasure, and made everything quick and simple for us at the end of a long day. It’s been about two weeks and we are still loving our new Mazda. Much to my surprise, buying a car from AutoNation Mazda was a very pleasant experience! It was very nice, not being hounded by sales people, and they were very respectful of our space and not trying to push us on anything else considering we came in knowing what we wanted unlike other dealerships I had dealt with in the previous weeks! Jacob is an absolute sweetheart! Leo in finance is so cool and is able to make things happen! And Austin is a miracle worker !! Thank you, boys for everything! I say boys because y’all are young enough to be my son’s !! So impressed by the team. I was fortunate enough to meet Chase the GM and shared with him my experience.!! And just to add this car was listed exactly the way it showed!

Had a great experience buying my 2026 mazda 3 carbon edition at autonation mazda. The entire crew was fantastic and amazing to work with especially Carlo! He made the process fast and smooth. If you’re in the market for a mazda i would recommend Carlo he’s an amazing guy!

Hands down my best Mazda buying experience after buying a couple Mazda, big shout out to Leo Egoavil, he truly turned what could have been a typical car-buying process into something outstanding. At first, the car I wanted wasn’t even approved to be put on hold. But Leo went to bat for me—he worked really hard with his management team to make it happen. Thanks to his effort, they agreed to hold the car for me until the weekend, even though there was a ton of interest from other buyers. What really stood out was how seamless and transparent the whole experience was—there were no markups, no hidden fees, and everyone, including the finance person, was super friendly and helpful. It was genuinely a no-hassle experience from start to finish. I’m really grateful for all the effort Leo put in and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Went in for a check engine light. Found out there was a thermostat issue. When we had an appointment there was a long wait still, however they were professional and gave us the best loaner vehicle. They are extremely professional and very nice. They even remembered us from our car having an old issue with the seat. The loaner car was clean and nice, almost wanted to ask if we could trade. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY AND ALL SERVICES. (If they can at least).
