We love our Subaru Forester Sport and received excellent service from the sales and finance associates. The only downfall was that they quoted a price for the Starlink (My Subaru) app that was lower than the actual price.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Subaru service again. After my first servicing, they already caused issues with my car (oil leakage), and now—NOT EVEN two months later—my car is again showing a service indicator, and worse, my brake warning lights are on, which is extremely dangerous. I tried calling and texting them multiple times—no response at all. Completely ignored. So I went there in person. They told me to wait 25–30 minutes because the advisor was on break. I waited over 40 minutes, and nobody even bothered to inform me when she returned. I had to go ask myself. That level of disrespect and lack of basic communication is unacceptable. When I finally spoke to her, they checked my car and said: • Brake issue? “Not our problem, go to BMW.” • Service warning? “We can’t handle that either.” So let me get this straight—after THEY serviced my car, caused issues before, and now my car is showing serious warning signs… they’re saying they can’t do anything? Then what exactly DO you handle? This is not just bad service—this is carelessness with customer safety. I trusted them with my car, and they’ve done nothing but create problems and avoid responsibility. I regret my decision coming here. To anyone in Colorado: DO NOT trust this place with your vehicle. They don’t care about you, your time, or your safety. Absolutely unacceptable.
