He took us on a test drive and explained all the features of the vehicle. We eventually settled on a new 2026 Crosstrek and are very happy with our purchase. Purchased a 2025 Certified Pre Owned Subaru Forester Sport. Sam was the person that assisted me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate his no pressure to buy attitude. He and Garret made the whole buying process easy and non stressful. I also like how they price there vehicle. What you see is what you pay. No haggling involved. My mom and I first fell in love with the Outback back in September 2025, when we rented one for a 1,000-mile road trip and my son’s boot camp graduation. It was the first car that both of us truly felt comfortable riding in for long distances. By December, I traded in my beloved sports car for my own Outback—“Olive”—and I absolutely loved it. Fast forward to last week: I went in for a routine oil change and happened to receive a “trade-up” email. Out of curiosity (and maybe a little daydreaming about hybrids), I started browsing. I was shocked to see how affordable the newer EV models were—especially the Uncharted. When I arrived for my appointment, I decided to explore my options, and I’m so glad I did. Shelby, the trade-up specialist, was incredibly patient and answered all of my (many!) questions without any pressure. She helped me land an amazing deal—zero down, zero interest—and my monthly payments are basically what I was already spending on gas. The financing process was smooth, efficient, and refreshingly low-pressure. A big thank you to Sean for making that part so easy! To top it off, Shelby brought out a giant bow for a photo, and Don, the service manager, came out to personally thank me for my purchase. That kind of attention to detail and customer care really stood out. What impressed me even more was the follow-up. Both Shelby and Don have checked in over the past week to make sure all my questions were answered and that I’m loving my new vehicle. From the service department to the sales team, every interaction I’ve had with this dealership has been fantastic. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I had the best experience buying a used Honda Civic. What made it so positive was the attention to every detail by the salesman Farzan. I didn’t think I wanted to buy the car so after a test drive with Farzan I left the dealership and looked at several other cars. I liked how honest Farzan was and how easy he was to work with. I decided to return to the dealership and buy the car from him. He answered all of my questions and took care of all of the extra little things I wanted done to the car. I would recommend working with Farzan especially if you don’t like that whole salesman like spiel everybody gives you. He did none of that and made me feel extremely comfortable. My husband does need to purchase a car in the future and we will definitely be contacting Farzan for that.

I had a great experience purchasing my Subaru Uncharted from AutoNation Subaru Carlsbad! The entire process was smooth, and actually enjoyable. Yuri Ganzha, was helpful, patient, and never pushy, which made me feel confident in my decision. I love the car — it’s comfortable, stylish, and drives amazing. They also took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Overall, such an easy and positive experience.
