Tristan helped us get a friend into a brand new crosstrek. During that time we were also looking to buy a new forester which he also was able to help us find. We came in with a lower budget and he and his lovely manager helped get the price right. We were so insanely impressed with how helpful, kind, and not pushy they were that we brought our boss in and bought two more. Needless to say if and when we are ever in need of another car Tristan and Autonation Subaru will definitely be our place.

service was great. our salesman was kind and friendly. the process was not difficult at all. the car my son wanted was there and in stock. The mileage DID NOT match the online mileage that was advertised. also, for as HIGH as my CREDIT REPORT IS I expected to be offered much lower monthly payment. the car itself seems to be in great shape inside and out. THE UPSELLING PROCESS IS A HORRIBLE THING TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH. I appreciate the fact that I only had to speak and deal with 2 people. it's only been 3 days since the purchase of the vehicle. I guess I will have to update in a month or so after my son has drove his vehicle for a bit. Time is one of the things I value the most next to God number 1 and family 2nd after God, and then time 3rd . So due to the expedient service I offer a review of 5 stars.

I’ve been bringing my 2018 Toyota Tacoma to AutoNation Subaru West for routine maintenance and oil changes ever since I bought it from them, and the experience has always been excellent. The service team is professional, honest, and keeps me informed throughout the process. Scheduling is easy, the work is completed on time, and I never feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. Even though I drive a Tacoma and not a Subaru, they have always provided excellent service and explained preventative maintenance. I cannot say enough good things about their Customer Service, efficiency, courtesy, and their ability to treat every customer as a valued human being. Every single person with whom I have engaged has been helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to provide whatever information I requested. I particularly appreciate the fact that they answer all questions without an outdated presumption that they have to explain things in different language because I am female!
