My experience with the store has been amazing twice now on my second visit. I got a second vehicle for my wife and she absolutely loved it and we were in and out within a timely manner. Ricardo was great and the finance team did exactly what we needed to do to get a deal done. Will absolutely recommend this to family and friends and i will come back for more autos in the future!

Beyond recommend Ricardo, we have heard of some crazy experiences purchasing a new vehicle. But after visiting Auto Nation Henderson, i was left speechless! Got an AMAZING deal on my Volkswagon, but it wasnt just that, outstanding customer service, smooth not pushy, transparent, and overall an experience i just didnt expect. Ask for Ricardo, he will take care of you like family!

Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. I was sold a car that was supposedly “a great vehicle,” only to end up dealing with what appears to be a bad motor shortly after purchase with a quoted 28,000$ in labor! that oil was leaking and burning throughout the engine. The promises made during the sale clearly did not match reality. Communication was terrible—getting a response from them felt like a guessing game, and only happened whenever they felt like it. Once the sale was done, it was obvious I was no longer a priority. The entire staff came off as unprofessional and disorganized. It took forever just to get my car, and then the paperwork process was somehow even worse. They managed to mess up important documents, sent my title paperwork to the wrong title agency, and to top it all off, gave me a temporary tag that turned out to be invalid/false. Completely unacceptable. I was also refused a discount or a 2nd key made for the vehicle! Buying a car should be exciting, not a stressful nightmare filled with broken promises, poor communication, and incompetence. I would strongly warn anyone considering doing business here to think twice and have EVERYTHING thoroughly checked before signing anything.
