I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but this one is definitely worth it. I purchased my VW out of state, so once I got back home and wanted service, I did my research and chose to drive about 30 minutes to this specific dealership — and I’m glad I did. When I arrived, I met Brendan, who was extremely professional and attentive from the start. Since then, I’ve been back three times, and every experience has been consistently positive. Not only has Brendan been great to work with, but the entire service department has been friendly and welcoming. The facility itself is very comfortable, which makes the wait much easier. Based on my experience with the service department, they seem very transparent and professional. I haven’t dealt with any other departments yet, but so far I would definitely give two thumbs up. Highly recommend!

I have a 14-year-old VW jetta that I love, but I know nothing about maintenance or service. The team at VW made the entire experience easy and stress-free. They were personable, professional, and completely transparent about the process and pricing, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be back for future service needs. This was a new dealership for me as I have moved out of Arizona recently. I found them to be very helpful and considerate of my needs. I will be buying tires there at a good discount sale price. I will be moving to a new state soon but would recommend them to other VW owners.

2 nd time brand new car Tiguan had no Freon. Told this time valve to ac tubing was leaking. Didn’t get car back for 3 days. Multiple times I called & no one answered the phone. Had to get dealer manager involved & that worked. Have been told if happens a third time, get lemon law lawyer & get a new Tiguan. At 82, hoped for no stress with new car. Past cars were used & never had problem with Volvo & Ford escape.

Well where do I start? My car was in for repair for nearly a month, apparently because there was only one technician skilled enough to do the necessary work on my car. The third party phone system is ridiculous and does not work! I cannot count how many times it has put me on hold and then has disconnected. Eventually the work was completed successfully and fortunately the only saving grace was I had a loaner for that period of time. And then the ultimate insult added to injury was the $170 surcharge on the huge bill for using AmEx!!!!!!!!!
