On Tuesday, May 5th, I informed my salesman that I would move forward with the purchase and had transferred the funds for the vehicle. Since he was going out of town, I explained that I would be flying from San Diego to Las Vegas to complete the purchase Friday morning and drive the truck back home. I asked that the vehicle be fully prepared for pickup. After arriving early in Las Vegas due to an earlier flight opening, I contacted an alternate salesman and was told I could inspect the truck and complete paperwork that evening for an early Friday departure. I was then informed the truck needed a new auxiliary battery, which would be installed Friday morning, but that I could still test drive it. At that point, I realized little had been done to prepare the vehicle for delivery. The truck was dirty, had heavy scuff marks on the door kick plates, scrub marks on the exterior paint, mud underneath much of the undercarriage, and it pulled to the right during the test drive. I was very disappointed that my 2025 truck had not been properly prepared despite my advance notice and arriving with a cashier’s check in hand. I stayed because I was assured the issues would be addressed Friday morning. However, the finance experience nearly caused me to walk away. I was heavily pressured into purchasing a $7,000+ extended warranty and repeatedly warned about expensive repairs, possible transmission issues, and concerns about the manufacturer warranty. After declining several times and asking to simply complete the purchase, I was threantened that if I did not listen about the warranty, the purchase process could be delayed until the next day when they were more busy. That interaction was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Ultimately, I completed the paperwork. The truck was not ready until mid-afternoon Friday, and shortly after leaving, the vehicle failed to restart. I returned Saturday morning and was informed that a battery terminal had been left loose. Since then, I have had no further issues with the truck. I am happy with the vehicle overall, but if it were not for sales manager Curtis, this deal likely would not have been completed. Curtis was sincere, helpful, and professional throughout the process, and I believe him to be a major reason the dealership continues to succeed.

Ihor Marchenko — I highly recommend this salesman. This guy, Ihor, helped my wife and me with our previous lease right after the pandemic, and today he helped us again with our current lease. We are very grateful for his help. Honestly, this might be a little secret, but even though we were over our mileage, he didn’t charge us anything for it. He also didn’t charge the lease return fee and still helped us get a great monthly payment on our new Tiguan. In these difficult economic times, when everyone is trying to save every dollar, Ihor really tried his best to make the deal as affordable as possible for us. That meant a lot to us. We also want to thank the manager and the general manager for their help and kindness. We’re writing this review because we truly want to recommend Ihor to anyone who needs a car. If you’re looking for someone honest who will really try to help you get the best deal possible, we highly recommend him. The sale associate name Abbas Abhari went above and beyond in excellent customer service. He made buying our SUV a breeze. Told him I didn’t want to be there all day. Had us out in three hours. Daniel Banks is the Certified Finance Specialist made us feel so comfortable and made getting the loan super easy. I highly recommend this place!!!

I went in this morning for an 8:30 am appointment to have an oil change. I arrived by 8:20, checked in, gave them my keys. Two hours later... they come out and tell me it's almost done and try to sell me a $30 air filter for $70. Another half hour later, the oil change is finally complete. Two and a half hours for an oil change, with an appointment? This is absolutely ridiculous. I won't be back for service ever again and I'm very glad I purchased my vehicle elsewhere!

Raul provided fantastic customer service! Despite him having to deal with a difficult customer before me, he was very professional and courteous in handing my service appt and handled all the paperwork in a timely manner.
