The people were very friendly and fast. The process was not long and drug out. My sales rep Gary Pro was very nice and helpful. He puts you first and works with you to ensure you get what you need. Thanks Gary for helping me and my son yesterday as the new ride is awesome.

Do not come to this dealership. They made us drive over two hours after assuring us the car would be ready when we arrived. At the last minute, they informed us the battery was dead. When we got there, the vehicle had not even been washed it was dusty and clearly not prepared for a customer viewing or purchase. We were told the car would be ready and waiting out front, but that was not the case. The entire experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and a complete waste of our time. On top of that, the customer service was extremely disrespectful. The staff showed little regard for our time or effort after traveling such a long distance. If you’re looking for honesty, professionalism, and good customer service, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

A little late on this review but had a great experience at the Manassas location. I knew I wanted a 2025 Honda Civic 6 speed manual that I saw posted on the site, so I drove over there and the team was very helpful. I was even able to put a deposit down and come back after they did all the paperwork. The amount of time I had to spend in there was extremely streamlined and the team made me feel like a valued customer. Next time I'm in the market for another vehicle I'll be knocking on their door.

A honest review the car was good just what I wanted with being said the customer service was not good I had to ask for my paperwork which I got from the bank they never gave it to me. The door lock was broken they said they would fix it they lied. But with buying any used car that come with some risk. My experience with this dealer was just ok.
