They took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel pressured into making a decision. We ended up purchasing a 2025 Toyota Tacoma, and we couldn't be happier with it. The team went above and beyond to make sure the truck was exactly what we were looking for and that we were completely satisfied before driving off the lot. Buyer beware. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car dealership. After I completed the purchase, made a down payment, and believed the deal was finalized, I was later told that the financing had not been approved by the bank. They will keep your down payment and say it’s some sort of fee. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a stressful and frustrating ordeal. My biggest advice is to be extremely cautious before leaving a down payment or deposit. In my experience, getting money returned was far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been. If you are told a deposit is refundable, get every detail in writing… these people are crooks. What concerns me most is that experiences like this can have a real impact on working families in the community. Many people rely on a vehicle to get to work and take their children to school. They don’t not care they are only interested in taking your money!! When a dealership creates confusion around financing or holds onto customers' money for extended periods, it can cause unnecessary financial hardship and stress. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this dealership to stay clear!!!, verify that financing is fully approved before taking delivery of a vehicle, and carefully document every promise made during the transaction.👎👎👎

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The service here was efficient, friendly and overall professional. Our sales rep, Houston was hands down my favorite sales representative to date. He made the process quick, smooth and made me understand all the options we had. In a short period of time, we were able to drive off with our purchased car.
