After shopping for a vehicle for 3–4 weeks and having some frustrating experiences elsewhere, Waynesville Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air. I received a call within about 30 minutes of my online inquiry, and they had already closed. Early the next morning I had a buyer’s order and a personalized video from my salesman Josh, which made working with my credit union incredibly easy. After Josh spoke with my credit union he assured me the car would be marked sold and I scheduled to travel and pick up the vehicle the next morning. Even though this was an out-of-state purchase, everything was ready when I arrived. The car was pulled around front, marked sold and the process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Josh and Heath were professional, helpful, and great to work with. The only minor issue so far is one key fob not working and a tire sensor issue and on this certified pre-owned checklist these were marked as checked and working properly. I did contact Josh and was told it can be handled under warranty, unfortunately for me my local dealer is not the easiest to work with when it comes to warranties or just to work with in general which is why I chose to initially buy out of state. This isn’t Josh’s fault at all, he was excellent throughout the entire process and has earned a customer for life.

We were 4 hrs away from home, 2 hrs away from our destination. My GMC truck dealt us its final blow by seizing the transmission just outside of Asheville. This was not how we wanted to spend this planned time of relaxation with family. After a disappointing day of visiting dealerships we had given up and headed back to our campsite. There was one more place we found on the way that had the vehicle with the features we wanted. So we thought we'd make a quick stop just to take a look. That turned out to be the best move we could have made. Dawson was polite, helpful, informative, sincere, and friendly. He and Ron made the process easy. They took the reigns and went the extra mile so that we could get the truck we wanted and the deal we needed so that we could get back to what was truly important: time with our family.

Found a new 26 Corvette online and worked everything through Heath and Aiden. I’m 3 hours away they were transparent from the start. Such an easy and enjoyable experience. Heath was so accommodating and make the buying process easy! Couldn’t have asked to work with a better guy! Aiden was there every step to send photos, videos and knowledge.
