Autostar Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Silverthorne

I brought my Jeep in to have them switch out the catalytic converter that had been recalled and had a great costumer service experience. They didn’t push me to do any unnecessary repairs, and I felt like they were honest about what actually needed to be fixed in the moment and what could wait. I communicated primarily with Pavel in service and really appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service.

I'd had mixed experiences with this dealership in the past when it was under Groove ownership. With Autostar running the show I've had overall positive experiences with them. Robert was an AMAZING help in getting my warranty check issue resolved with Stelantis/MOPAR. Even though my Jeep is gone I would still use Autostar for minor services to my Chevy Colorado.

I broke down on interstate 70 close to the Eisenhower tunnel in brand new 2025 ram 5500. Of course. I'm from out of state. It was towed in and it happened on the Friday afternoon of memorial weekend. I cannot say how impressed I was with the service of the complete repair facility and the effort they put forth to get me fixed. They had to order parts in so I didn't get it fixed until the next week which was no fault of their own.. timing was the biggest issue. They went above and beyond and took care of me and communicated at the highest level with me. I really appreciate the effort that the diesel repair team put together and getting me back on the road.

Awful and disappointing. Last year I brought my car in for what I described as a stuttering problem. Tech calls me and tells me there is a misfire, something wrong with my pistons and oil leaking from somewhere. 2600 later I think it’s fixed. A few months later I go to get my oil Changed a month early and tech says it had no oil and is still leaking. I email this shop with my complaints and questions to no response. I call them to get the same workaround and for them to tell me it will cost me 1400 just to get back under my hood to tell me what is wrong. Take your car absolutely anywhere else if you want good consistent work with good customer service.

This is an edited review. After having a dismal experience in the purchase experience, the brand-new GM, James, reached out to me to help. I truly appreciate someone walking into a difficult situation and taking responsibility and ownership of the situation. His efforts to help me are greatly appreciated, and now I can fully recommend his team. I absolutely adore my new Jeep Gladiator Nighthawk, and finally have a local dealer to maintain it.
