I bought my car with no issues or concerns. They have great people that work there and they all are very professional and friendly. My car recently broke and they moved really fast on getting it picked up and fixed for me. I am going to recommend them if anyone is looking for a new vehicle.

I've had my vehicle for going on two years with this location. The service could be a little better as far as working with customers who are a little short on a payment, especially those like me who are always on time and sometimes come up a little short. I can say that every time I come in Missy Jones is up front always willing and ready to help customers with a smile and positive energy!

I have gotten 4 cars total from auto start between my husband and I I did a trade my husband totaled his with no problem I was amazed how quickly they were to put him in another car! From my experience I have gotten cars from a lot of used dealers auto start has been the best by far! They don't sell you cars that just look good they sell you cars that actually run with no surprise's down the line besides a oil change my cars from auto start never has to see a mechanic except for normal wear and tear such as tires exact.

I had my car 5 months been having problems almost every other week I love auto start just wish they would give me a better car its been in the shop over 5 times. Gretchen and vincent are awesome!!

They are very helpful. It took me over 6 hours to find the car that I wanted and they were very patient and kind. The only negatives are that they always forget that I'm on hold, I've waited 20 minutes on hold before, hung up, called back, and immediately got served. Now I wait about 5 and do the same thing. Also, I had an issue with them not signing my title. Waited all day at the DMV only to be told that they didn't sign or date the back of the title so I couldn't get my tags that day. Aside from that they're a great place to buy your car, especially when you have credit problems. They will make sure you go home with a car.
