I recently purchased a commerical vehicle and had a great experience throughout the process. I dealt with Karen, who was very responsive and took the time to help me understand every step. She never rushed me or pressured me into making a decision, which made the experience very comfortable. I also had the opportunity to work with Mike, the finance manager, who secured a really good deal for me through the bank. He was very transparent and took the time to explain how the financing and approval process works. I appreciated how he clearly showed what he was doing on his end on screen with the bank to help me get a lower interest rate. I have a lot of commercial trucks which I purchased from different dealers across canada but the smooth experience I had with Mike really wanted me to come back again for my next fleet. Overall, the experience was good, transparent, and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

My experience was so pleasant I often would wonder how John my salesman was getting on as I drove by. Then one day I spotted the van in the lot. I was so impressed that I decided to buy it. Once again my friend John was my salesman. The financial was handled by Mr. Mike, a very kindly and exacting man who walked me line by line through my purchase agreement. He is a person of integrity and commitment. He made sure that I understood everything. He gave up the fee that he would normally receive from the bank and applied it against my financials in order to give me a lower rate. He showed me this as he was doing it on the screen.
