We had a very enjoyable experience meeting Val, owner of Twinsburg, Auto TX. He was straightforward with explaining about the vehicle we bought . he also replaced. Brakes and found a flat tire donut for us because cars aren’t equipped with those anymore. He is a very nice and courteous person, not a pushy salesperson. We would definitely deal with him again.

Spoke to Val and met with Victor. Very prompt in their responses and availability. They have their own garage on site which is a good sign to me. Was shown the vehicle and left to inspect it. Victor handed me the keys and let me take as much time for a test drive. Looked it over, up and down. Drove great. Returned to open talks and we came to a handshake deal in about a minute. Paperwork was drawn up right in front of me and was explained one by one. No pressure this or that. Excellent vehicle. Excellent dealer. Excellent experience. Would visit again for sales or service.

Highly recommend. Easiest used car salesman I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and very fair. Very nice vehicles with great prices. Made a purchase and Will definitely check them out for the next used vehicle.
