We recently purchased our new Jeep, and the experience was fantastic! 🚙✨ A huge thank you to Jose in Finance, Thomas Perry the Sales Manager, and the amazing sales team: Leo and Tammy. They truly went above and beyond, helping us get a great deal and really making the trade-in process smooth and stress-free. So far, 2 visits for 2 recalls, they are far more knowledgeable than my experiences at the Santa Rosa dealership. Sabrina my service advisor is very friendly and importantly very knowledgeable. Thanks again Sabrina! You are helping rebuild a trust in how my vehicle is handled after a horrible experience in Santa Rosa.

Those guys are scammers, they tried to buy my jeep 2017 that I posted on marketplace we agreed in one price. sent pictures and videos before meet them, they lowball me really bad when started seen the car and try to buy my 90k miles jeep in like $10k because the side step has a little bit of rust (aftermarket removable part) I drove 1 hour other than that is in my jeep. Really disrespectful

Previously I have been shopping around at a much larger dealership and on line but I chose to work with Tammy at AutoWorld because of her professionalism, depth of knowledge about the truck I was interested in and that she did not present herself like the traditional “car sales person”. Tammy has followed up and made sure my experience was great and wanted to see if there was anything else I needed for my truck. I would definitely refer Tammy and Auto World to my friends and family. I also want to mention I worked with Kevin in Finance and he was prompt and professional filling up on the process to make sure it went smooth.
