Highly recommended, very professional and trustworthy set of people, I dealt with Luis and Felix I also briefly met the owner come to think of it I met one of the mechanic along with a few other staff.. They all were so very pleasant, I felt valued as a simple issue arose regarding the vehicle I purchased no one fault just the fluids and filter got old and needed to be replaced. They handled it with full transparency which I respect and I was even given a loaner for the 2 days they were troubleshooting the issue and getting it resolved and additionally even extended my warranty. I have been driving the vehicle for the past 3 weeks no issues at all I am in love my van. Now I can utilize this cargo van to effectively do my business, Thank you for all that you do in the universe Auto World of America!
