Had the best experience working with Bill Smith. I've bought cars from a few different dealers in South Jersey and Bill exceeded my expectations. He eased my worry and answered any questions I had. Would recommend him over and over again. Heather the finance manager was also wonderful to work with. If you are going to buy a car at Avalon you need to call Bill!

We went to Avalon Honda to find myself an all inclusive used car. Chris was our outstanding salesman there. Everything from test drive to final handshake was great. No pressure from him or finance lady. Smaller dealership with a very personal touch. It is convenient to where we live and I feel that I can call with any questions or schedule an appointment seamlessly. I will highly recommend Avalon Honda to anyone.

Shoutout to Chris Paprzycki. Even though I didn’t end up getting the car, he genuinely tried his best to help me secure the vehicle I was looking for. He stayed in contact while I was shopping around and kept his word by following up when a similar vehicle came in. Because of his effort and professionalism, I’ll definitely consider purchasing a car for my wife from here in the future. Thanks again for being patient and professional.

1 star, I did get my money back. Took my car in for an oil change. Left heard a noise they never clipped back up skid plate. Had to take it back to get that fixed. Not the lady at customer services fault unfortunately she's the face of the incompetent people in back. Will not be going back. Sad when a Honda dealer can't even manage an basic oil change right!

Leased a 2020 Ridgeline in February 2021. Sam Pendlebury was a my salesperson. . Answered all of my questions and we came to an agreement that I thought was not possible. Everyone I met that day was very polite and accommodating. I had my first oil change yesterday. Service department staff are great. Very polite and informative. My truck was in and out in no time. The waiting area is clean and welcoming. Staff passing through the area were polite as well. Great dealership! Great staff! Great experience. UPDATE Here it was 5/5/23 almost 2 1/2 years later and I went in for an oil change. Left the dealership with a 2023 Fully loaded white Ridgeline. Offered an amazing opportunity. Special thanks to Chris Kull for the opportunity. Susan Cafiero did a superior job with sales. Very pleasant and professional. Also appreciated the input and assistance from Joe DiMonte in Service, Joe Callahan in Management,and Nick Chinners in Finance. Great experience all the way around!!! UPDATE:10/26/2025 Went in for a service visit and was offered early lease termination. They wanted my truck and put me in a new one. I keep my miles well below the limit and take care of the vehicle. Chris Kull and Susan Cafiero did an amazing job of putting me in a new truck. Kept the same color with many upgrades. A truly amazing dealership.
