Service is definitely what it used to be. Priority seems to be sales over service. Also loaner vehicles don't exist anymore but 3-4 day for service because of "backlog" of work. (I suspect shortage of mechanics/service technicians). It should not take for days to fix A/C issues. A satisfied customer is a customer that will give positive reviews for positive service results. The flagpoles near your location are improperly and disrespectfully displayed. The US Flag should always be higher than the state flag .
