It took the service department 5 days to replace two rear shocks on our vehicle. The communication was aweful as well. I had to call everyday for a status even though I opted into the text message updates. Upon finally picking up my vehicle, this is how they returned it to me. Certainly not the same condition that it was turned in as. Highly recommend you avoid this dealership and it's service department.
