I use him for all my service needs—literally 24/7—and he’s always been reliable, professional, and incredibly down-to-earth. He’s easy to talk to, super polite, and just flat-out knows what he’s doing. The work is always top-notch, prices are beyond reasonable, and he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. This was the easiest auto buying experience I've ever had. Rod was super! I inquired about a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK Sahara late one evening. Rod emailed back first thing the next morning with the info I requested. Answered the phone the first time I called him a couple of hours later for a follow up. We had a deal by lunch. I live 8 hours away and decided shipping it would be my better option. Shipping price with the company he suggested was more than fair and Rod handled it all from his end. My Wrangler arrived the following week within the 1 hour expected delivery time provided the day before by the driver. Overall condition was better than I anticipated as it was based only on photos and speaking with Rod. I'm super happy with my purchase. I got a good price on a quality slightly used Jeep Wrangler, with excellent friendly customer service. Can't ask for more than that. You can bet the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, my search will start at Axelrod Auto despite being 8 hours away.

Wow. I'm a first time purchaser of this dealership and located in another state. I viewed the car on line only, then spoke with Robert Hale who did a great job of answering my questions and concerns. I wired money and the next day they had a team of drivers bring the car to me. This experience was beyond my expectation. I would recommend to anyone like myself that is not local to feel confident. The car was caringly delivered and in fabulous condition. I purchased a 2010 Mustang with low mileage. My experience certainly rates at least a 5 star. Thanks.

Drove 5.5 hours from Syracuse, NY to buy my Cayman S. I looked at these all over the US and this one had the lowest miles and best condition of any of them, by far.
