A big thank you. After breaking down on the highway and being towed to GMC on Thursday night, the staff at the garage were both helpful and efficient at getting us on our way in a rental and then having us back in our vehicle by Monday afternoon. As there was a language barrier (we do not speak French) Benjamin on reception was particularly kind and understanding and kept us informed at each step.

We were on our way home to Ontario which is 8 hours away when we ran into some mechanical issues with our truck. We went to the dealership and although they were busy they were able to get our truck on the hoist and get us on our way within a couple of hours. Benjamin in the service department was especially helpful. All employees we came into contact with today were friendly and helpful. We are extremely grateful that we were able to be helped and on our way for the long drive home especially with an expected snowstorm looming. Thanks again!! We would recommend this dealership for sure!

Moving from Nova Scotia to Saskatchewan with a u-haul trailer my truck quit just inside Quebec. Sunday may long weekend, waited in the hotel for a couple days till Bérubé Chev opened Tuesday morning no appointment just hopes and dreams. Benjamin was extremely helpful and was able to explain everything to me as well as have their appointments moved around for me and repaired a wiring issue in less than 3 hours for an exceptional price.
