Great service! I was looking for a vehicle and Babcock motors delivered. They were very professional and super easy to work with. Jill even stayed later than normal to help me out! Great service and even better people to work with! Definitely will be going back when looking for a new vehicle in the future.

I was sold a jeep with a warranty only to find out the next day that I don’t fit the criteria for that warranty. 4 dry rotted tires, massive oil leak, front passenger wheel barring, it dies when idling, a/c stops working, and hood won’t latch. Lots of issues for only having it for less than a month. Problems that I knew NOTHING about prior to the purchase of the jeep. Problems that didn’t seem to exist when I purchased it. I am a single woman and I feel that they took advantage of that. So I asked for them to fix it. They finally get me scheduled only to find out that the water pump needed replaced...??? Where did that come from? So they fix the water pump and pay for half the price of my used tires. I drive it home and it over heats on me. So I contact them again, and they send someone to pick up the jeep, they said I could ride back with him for a rental. But they don’t ask the address. they assumed my driver’s license was my correct address. Unfortunately that’s my mom’s address so I wasn’t there. I call them wondering where the guy is and they said I have to get it there myself if I wanted it to be looked at. And they would not be able to provide me with a rental. So it’s my fault that they messed up and now I’ve been “waiting” for them to be free so I can schedule a time. That happened 3 weeks ago. I paid $6000 cash for something that I can’t even use. I highly doubt I would ever encourage anyone to buy from Babcock motors in

Horrible service took my car there to replace purge valve and they didnt hook up one of the vacuum lines properly causing it to come off and me to to lose brake pedel potentially putting me or my family in harms way and didnt put the engine covers back on but got it back from one of the mechanics and he was rude so i don't recommend this place to anyone and I definitely wont be taking any my vehicles back her.
