Bachman Subaru

I had a great experience with Bachman Subaru from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Zach, my sales rep, was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way! Even before my purchase, he was quick to answer any questions over text, which made everything so much easier with a busy schedule. Brian in finance was just as great—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. What stood out most was how I was treated. I never felt like just another sale—I truly felt seen as a person, not just a number. I also really appreciated the follow-up after the purchase. They reached out to schedule time with me to go over my vehicle and answer questions, which shows how much they care and how confident they are in their brand. I love that they want me to be able to make the most out of my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend both Subaru and Bachman Subaru to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2025 VW Tiguan from Bachman Subaru, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Zach Stumph was outstanding to work with. They were quite busy when I picked up the car (which I guess is good for them as they were doing well selling cars!). Once we did the paperwork, it was a quick and smooth process. The words honest, respectful, kind and helpful are not words I have ever spoken about someone at a dealership. That changed completely when I me Alex P at Bachman Subaru! Alex is an excellent communicator, very responsive and will tell you the hard truth even when you don’t want to hear it. He is such a professional and a man of his word! Alex will be my 1st call every time I want a different car and he is my first recommendation when asked. Best car shopping experience I have ever had!

Our dealings with our salesman, Jim Bridgman, were exceptional…..comfortable to work with and easy to communicate with! He was very thorough with many details about the car and our trade in, very knowledgeable and helpful in his explanations, and answered all our questions! We were specific on model, color, interior that we wanted to purchase and Jim did a search in the area and got a car to us in a very short amount of time. He has continued to be available for assistance, even after our purchase! Thanks so much Jim! We purchased an extended warranty from the financial advisor and promptly decided we did not want to do that. We are waiting on paperwork and the return of the payment that we were assured we could get back. We LOVE the Subaru Hybrid Forester and are very happy with the purchase, and sincerely thank Jim for his dedicated assistance!!!

The regularly scheduled maintaince was completed timely. The two items I wish Bachman Subaru would do differently are 1) offer your prepaid extended maintaince to be honored for a longer period of time say 5 years. 2) Remind customers that the courtesy shuttle service is available. Returning to this particularly day of service - Eric kept me informed throughout the time of service about the planned required and unexpected maintaince.
