Just got a brand new 2026 Dodge Duran Duran, Durango, which I absolutely am in love with. John who is my sales person is absolutely amazing. May the whole process super fun, easy stress-free, relaxing, and enjoyable which is rare sometimes nowadays and Frank sales manager was the best as well! He was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sign of the contracts easy Peezy. The entire process was incredible easy smooth, fun, relaxing enjoyable I cannot recommend them as a team and as a company as a whole highly recommend going to check out John and Frank they are the dynamic duo thank you guys so much. My beautiful purple Jeep was keyed on three panels at a Walmart parking lot. David, and the team at Paul Bailey's made her like new again. They had to repaint the entire passenger side, and she looks flawless. They did an amazing job blending the new paint and detailing the whole Jeep. It was a painless, easy transaction. They coordinated pickup with the rental company, so I just dropped off the rental and drove away in my shiny, perfectly purple Jeep. Thanks for restoring, Violet and making the whole process easy and pain-free!! 💜💜

Despite using these guys for all major service, they repeatedly gave me the run-around on getting the corrosion issue on my Jeep JL (a widespread issue that is covered under warranty) fixed, saying things like "You're out of warranty" (I wasn't), "Jeep won't approve it since you're not the original owner" (false) "it's only covered if there's a hole in your door" (.....what??). Eventually, after pushing the issue, they flat out refused to even SUBMIT the warranty claim, implying that if I had "purchased the vehicle from them" then they could maybe "make an exception". That is NOT how warranty claims work. I ended up going to a different dealership, and they immediately submitted the warranty claim per Jeep's instructions, and it was APPROVED. So Paul Bailey's insistence that I wouldn't be approved for the warranty work was clearly out of laziness. Obviously, I will never be returning to Paul Bailey's, they clearly don't care about their customers, and frankly should be ashamed. (EDIT AFTER DEALERSHIP REPLY): "we do have to follow direct guidelines when it comes to warranty claims"...well, obviously you didn't follow those guidelines, otherwise YOU would be performing the warranty work right now. Unbelievable. (EDIT 2, 6/20/22) Based on conversations I've had with people in the local Jeep clubs, it seems that Paul Bailey's is still lying to people regarding the corrosion warranty and turning them away! I guess they haven't learned their lesson. BE WARNED!!
