Bailey's Wrecker Service

This company is awesome! My husband and I were just right outside Nashville when we had to pull over. I called them and asked how much it would run me and how long it would take. They answered promptly and was able to give me a time and price. What surprised me is that they actually showed up at the time they said they would. It only took 20 minutes on Christmas! They were really nice and got done with everything within an hour. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely horrible experience, hitting a coyote on my way home from vacation. The guy from Bailey's came out and made the experience tolerable by going the extra mile. This happened at 330am on Easter morning, and he went out of his way to get the paperwork for us to sign and release our luggage so we could get the process moving along a little quicker to get us back on the road. Thanks for making a terrible sitt,not so terrible!!!

Called these guys about a tow, they said they couldn't get to it today but wouldn't allow me to book it tomorrow. Wouldn't allow me to pay ahead of time to leave the vehicle and were just overall pretty rude and condescending. Gladly went with Tow Pro instead, who didn't treat me with hostility for asking questions or hang up on me like this place did.

Not open a full two hours after listed opening time. Waited 25 mins for someone to appear after calling. Rude and surly customer service. Used paint on my car window. Damaged the plastic under my car. Cmon guys

I have used Bailey's wrecker service since I started driving 33 years ago.x They show up on time. Drivers are very knowledgeable and professional. My wife broke down around 1am on I-65. She was scared and freaking out. After I called too explained the situation they sent the first available truck. She felt so safe riding with the driver.
