When I take my vehicle in for service, I’m always greeted with professionalism and kindness, especially by Devon. I had my oil changed and my tires rotated as well as a tire sensor replaced. It was efficient and the cost was reasonable. I was only disappointed that they didn’t make sure the tire pressure was the same in all the tires.

Did a good job replacing my transmission. Communication was very disappointing. Had my truck for one month and every time they gave me a date of planned completion it missed with no communication. If I wanted an update I had to get ahold of them even when they said they would call. Also had the nerve to tell me the warranty with the replacement is only a year because I didn’t pay for it and GM did. This may be true how GM operates but I beg to differ that I didn’t pay for it. $73,000 for a truck. Pretty sure I paid for it, also paid to have a good transmission in it but clearly that didn’t happen. 60,000 miles and replacing a transmission. Wow.

A few years ago, we purchased a GMC pickup from Baker Chevrolet, and recently the vehicle developed an internal engine issue. Because we are located in Ludington, we initially had the truck diagnosed by a local repair shop. Their only recommendation was a complete engine replacement using a Jasper remanufactured engine. After transporting the truck to their facility, their technicians conducted a thorough inspection and initially determined that minor engine repairs might resolve the issue. They also provided a quality loaner vehicle during the service process, which was greatly appreciated. Upon further disassembly, additional damage was discovered that required more extensive repairs. Although they were prepared to complete the repairs, we ultimately chose to proceed with a full engine replacement to ensure enhanced warranty coverage and long term reliability. From start to finish, the entire process was completed in less than two weeks. Not only was their service efficient and professional, but the total cost was also more competitive than our local shop’s estimate. We sincerely appreciate the outstanding service provided by Baker GMC, Devin, and the entire team for delivering a smooth and professional experience.

I was driving from Grand Rapids to Traverse City when one of my tires Quickly lost pressure. By the time I got to your dealership tire was flat! Your service representative reassured me that even though I have a Toyota, you guys would be able to handle the tire situation both the service representative and the mechanic we’re very professional yet Very friendly

Friendly staff, and plenty of selection. Unfortunately, pretty set on their prices. I went in to buy 2 used vehicles. Wouldn't move on the price. "Couple hundred bucks" was the best they could do. This must be a management issue, since their sister location has a comparable vehicle listed at slightly above the price I offered. A shame really, because I was there to purchase 2 vehicles.
