I was very interested in purchasing a 2023 Cadillac XT4 that Baker Cadillac of Charleston had listed for sale. I reached out via email and asked if it was still available. Maria responded to my email claiming it was still for sale. I was traveling from Myrtle Beach to Charleston so I called to double check before making the trip. The person who answered the phone told me the car was sold two days ago. After the call I received an email saying it was available! I called back and spoke to Maria who said “let me put my hands on it”. She had Cliff call me back to tell me it was no longer available and tried selling me other vehicles. He even mentioned this vehicle!!! I told him I was no longer interested. Since then I have received three more emails claiming the vehicle I was interested in is still available but others are interested in it so I should act fast. It’s still up on their website for sale. This is a total scam. This is not a way to do business. The price was very competitive on a car with 4,000 miles, I should have known! This dishonest listing was a way to generate business and to collect your email and phone number to sell you a different vehicle. I would never purchase a vehicle from Baker Cadillac of Charleston.

I have not shopped for a car for over a decade and was on a mission to find something! I went to several dealership and after a few weeks decided on an Escalade. Ms. Madelyn Kinnard made the process both easy and fun! She even entertained my kids. If not for her suggestions with color, interior etc I don't think i would be as happy as am today. I absolutely love the car! The process was also extremely easy so kudos to Noah and team as well. Go see Madelyn!

I purchased a 2021 Cadillac Escalade from Baker GMC Cadillac of Charleston about three months ago. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle developed a serious transmission issue. About a week before the breakdown I brought the vehicle to the dealership for inspection and was told there were no problems. However, one week later the vehicle went into limp mode on the highway, which could have created a dangerous situation. The vehicle has now been sitting at the dealership for over two weeks waiting for transmission parts. During this time I have continued making a $1,500 monthly payment on a vehicle I cannot drive, and no loaner vehicle has been provided. I understand that parts can be on backorder, but I would expect better communication and support for a customer who purchased a vehicle only a few months ago. I hope the dealership and Cadillac will help resolve this situation and provide better assistance while the vehicle is being repaired. If this situation is not resolved soon, I will have to escalate the issue through Cadillac Customer Assistance with General Motors, as well as continue documenting the situation publicly. I hope the dealership will help resolve this issue promptly and provide proper support to a customer who purchased a vehicle only a few months ago.
