Matt had ordered and showed me on the computer when he worked here about a part for the screen of my truck going out and turning back on. The guy I spoke with today(who never gave his name)claims none of the history that Matt put in several reports explaining my screen turning off and rebooting back up with dates claims none of that was ever put in the “computer”so that I wouldn’t be covered. Also stated that Matt’s no longer there which I knew. Matt had explained to me at the time that the part was on back order and that I’d be installed when it came in and would be covered. Matt showed me on the computer that he did. I saw with my own eyes!! These new people that work there are rip off artists. I will never let this company work on my truck again because I don’t trust them. Customer loyalty is based on trust as well as doing a great job for us the customers who without us you’re not open. My loyalty was with Matt because he always took such great care of me and my truck. Explained things where I understood and great people person skills. I felt confident when my truck left there. Don’t take your vehicle here!

I brought my 2013 GMC Sierra to Ithaca Baker Chevrolet for a oil change and service. A fuel leak was found and fixed the same day. A huge thankyou to everyone that made it happen and Max Soulliere for answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend.

I had bought a 2018 Malibu from them it had 118 thousand miles on it I drove it up to 121,000 miles injector started going and I was like how much is it gonna cost me for getting all the injectors changed and fixed they told me five grand to get the job done and I had only had the vehicle for less than two months at the time. Don’t trust him. They’re Sheisty and do whatever to make the vehicle seem stable/ solid and they assured me hey this vehicle is gonna be really good for you gonna last a great long time and within just two or three months of owning it crap hit the fan and was not reliable or a nice vehicle do not buy from them at any point of time or for any reason
