Baker Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Big Rapids

Last week I took our jeep in for an oil chg and check engine light on. Oil change seems fine...but the ck engine light is back on. Nice work. In effect, I spent $246 for an oil change.FOLLOW UP: I was contacted this morning about the problem. They scheduled an appointment for this afternoon. It might not be the same problem and they might not be able to fix it, but I am impressed with the follow up. Shows they CARE about their customers. More to follow...NEW: They did all they could. May have to refer the problem to the Jeep engineers. Benton Baker did everything possible, for them, to fix the problem and make me happy. I am satisfied and grateful.

We are over the moon and HIGHLY IMPRESSED. We LOVE the integrity and honesty shown to us on the last purchase. Rich and the crew were super good to us. We honestly didn�t have to feel like we had to be on guard when we were buying our current vehicle. I have purchased 3 vehicles with Baker...I regret every one of them! I was screwed over on all 3 and they never helped me as a disabled veteran. They gave my friend, at the same dealer a better vehicle $11,000 cheaper then mine. They gave me the wrong vehicle @ pick up, which i did not notice till I arrived home. The salesman kept telling me he would not get paid if I did not give a perfect review. I gave them 3 chances and they failed me every time with flying colors! Do not shop here...my favorite so far, is Fox Ford in Cadillac but that could be I just found the right person to work with? Good luck if you decide to give Baker a shot???

Chris Gutowsky and the service department went above and beyond with my vehicle. They ensured my safety recalls were addressed promptly and I got the truck back in a fraction of the time that it was expected to be in service. Chris took the time to chat with me and ensure that the truck was ready for my upcoming cross country journey. You will not find a higher quality of service. Chris was very personal and the whole interaction felt less like dealing with a dealership service department and more like having a buddy work on my truck. 10/10 I highly recommend working with this top notch team.

I got wonderful service when I took in my 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie over to the Baker Repair and Services. I want to thank the Technicians/Mechanics working there because they did such a great job and it was fast! I'll be coming back if I ever have anymore truck problems.
