I had the best experience ever purchasing my 2026 Maverick at Baker Ford in Ludington. There was no pressure to purchase, they answered all my questions. I knew exactly what I wanted and they ordered it, kept me up to date as it was being built, and when the day came when it was ready for me to pick it up, it was clean, shiny and totally spotless!! My salesman took extra time to show me all the new gadgets that my old vehicle didn't have, synced my phone, the paperwork was completely ready.....everything went smooth. I definitely recommend checking out this dealership when shopping for a new Ford or a nice selection of used vehicles!

I've called several times to try and schedule an inspection for a Ford recall on my 2022 Ford Escape. Team didn't return earlier messages and when I got through on the phone today I spent 15+ minutes on hold before giving up. We were planning to test drive a new vehicle while getting this service done. We'll take our business to a different dealer.

I can’t say enough great things about Baker Ford of Ludington !Not only did they make sure my sons bronco got repaired ,they made sure it didn’t cost him for the warranty repair and for all of the recalls fixed.My son is deployed and under a lot of stress and the warranty department gave us some problems but Barbie at Baker Ford made absolute sure it got taken care of and was so nice and thoughtful and kept me inform every step of the way!The service department was also super nice about it but I dealt more with Barbie !I would highly recommend them for their superb service and their awesome vehicles!!They deserve a five star rating!
