Dont waste your time. They say they do the repairs but they really dont. 3 years doing business and almost ALWAYS there is something wrong when it comes back to me. The place lacks customer service. I purchased my vehicle from here as well an although the man that sold me the truck was nice there was two issues I pointed out before buying the vehicle. They claimed to have fixed and it was not. I ended up having to pay to fix both things and did so at THIER SHOP. Only for one of the 400 dollar repairs to STILL not be repaired. I dreamed of buying a car from Baldwin only to learn they are no better than Greg's auto in poplar bluff. Save your money shop out of state.

Went in to look at 1989 Tacoma, vehicle has blow by from worn out rings. The break are a limp as a wet sponge. It overheated and died in front of the sales man. Of course today the manager frove it probably for two minutes and says its ok. Buyer beware with this type of shady business. If you buybthis truck mark my qords you will be broke down on the side of the road and putting a new motor into that truck. Out side of that it looks nice not worth what they are asking.

Purchased my 2025 4Runner here and had the best experience. I had difficulty with other dealerships who didn’t want to sell to me out of state and general issues with low inventory. Alex is the best sales representative and Trey made everything super easy with the financing. Would make the 6+ hour drive again to buy from Baldwin!

Always good service somewhat speedy service, always nice friendly people. You can schedule service appointments online but you have to go to the Baldwin Ford website the Toyota website says you have to call to schedule one but the Ford website will let you schedule one for Toyota. 🙄
