Good customer service are rare these days, but I would have to say my husband and I had an awesome experience at Bale Chevrolet. Our salesperson name was Zach. He was patient and helpful during the entire process. He left no questions unanswered. He made us feel like we mattered, which is very important. Just great customer service! We were pleased with the entire team that help us drive off the lot with what we wanted. God bless each one of you! Keep up the great work!

First of all I would give them 10 stars...Also I would like to say that Bale Chevrolet in Little Arkansas has top 5 star sales department. I bought a vehicle in April and my salesperson K John Rice was excellent from start to finish. I had a little bit of an issue registering my vehicle in florida, but Michelle Bennett, who is part of the titling department at Bale chevrolet, was very helpful and thorough.We talked constantly for about a month to make sure that everything was done right, because we hit a couple of issues in the process. Michelle Bennett has done an excellent job and was there for me through the stressful process. She was very professional, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had my proper paperwork so that I can be titled in Florida properly. I would 100% recommend anybody to go to Bale Chevrolet, because they set the standard for excellence and professionalism as well as caring for their customers.

I recently purchased a used Malibu from Bale Chevrolet on Chenal Parkway. Zack Graham my salesman was genuinely kind. No pressure. The only pressure I believe was from me. He listened and found me a car within my budget. Its so lovely! My journey was a good one. I would recommend giving them a try if you are in need of a nice car. You will not be disappointed.

Digi Murali, my sales representative, was exceptional—professional, patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I have very high regard for Digi and truly appreciate how smoothly he handled the entire process. Zack, the Finance Manager, was equally excellent. He made the financing clear, stress-free, and easy to understand, handling everything with integrity and professionalism. We had a wonderful experience with Digi helping us and communicating with us the entire time! We live about 3 hours away and he tried to make it as quick as possible for us to get home!
