I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. The manager overseeing the service department was disrespectful during my visit. I experienced a flat tire only four days after purchasing the vehicle on Monday and returned by Friday for a replacement, which is extremely concerning. I was informed that I would be responsible for the cost, despite the short time frame since purchase. I believe the dealership should reasonably be liable for issues occurring within at least the first week after the sale. I was made to feel dismissed and disrespected and was ultimately told to leave. The service department should seriously address its approach to customer service and professionalism.

I worked with Tim on a pre-owned 4Runner and it was a "no BS" experience. I told him which truck I wanted to look at, he got it for me and off I went on a test drive. Got back, no pressure from him and decided to move ahead with the purchase. He was efficient, friendly and easy to work with. For the make, model, year, mileage and condition, this vehicle was priced below what I had seen elsewhere. I financed a small portion of the purchase and that was quick. Kylie helped me and I was in and out of the office in less than an hour. Thanks for taking the dread out of car buying. I'll go with Balise again in the future.

Had a very nice experience dealing with Balise Used Cars. Tam, the salesman I worked with, was very helpful, polite and respectful, as was Christian the Used Car Director. Together were able to work together to negotiate an equitable deal. Would definitely not have a problem doing business there again in the future.

This was my first time buying a car, and this dealership completely ruined the experience for me. They showed me what looked like a clean Carfax report — no accidents, clean title, everything looked great. They priced the car like it was clean, and I trusted them. Big mistake. Six months later, I took the car in for an appraisal and found out the truth: the car had been in a major accident, and the title is not clean. The Carfax they gave me was fake. They knew the car had a bad history and still sold it to me as if it was perfect. I felt sick. Because of their dishonesty, I took an $8,000 loss on this car. That’s not a small mistake — that’s life-changing money for someone like me. They took advantage of me, plain and simple. It’s hard enough buying your first car, and they turned what should’ve been a proud moment into a complete nightmare. I will never go back, and I hope no one else gets fooled like I did. If you’re thinking about buying from here — DON’T. They lie, they cover up the truth, and they don’t care who they hurt in the process. I hope Tim and Jeff are happy running a scam.
