I bought a 2018 Honda Pre-Owned vehicle at Ball Honda, and the entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. Fernando, the Manager personally came over to greet me at the start of the transaction, which immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. He was very professional and made sure that the sales consultant assisting me, Marco, was taking great care of me throughout the process. Marco was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and patiently guided me through all of its features, making sure I understood everything and felt confident with my purchase. He answered all my questions clearly and never made me feel rushed. Overall, the service was professional, friendly, and very attentive. I truly appreciated the time and care they took to ensure I had a great experience. I highly recommend Ball Honda to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and excellent customer service.

Ray Ray was great! He was very welcoming and straight forward with us, he had great energy. We didn’t have an appointment, just walked onto the lot in the afternoon and he immediately came up to us. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, even paying attention to small details and ensuring he recommended ones that aligned perfectly with what we were looking for. His sense of humor made the normally stressful process much less stressful as well, even during the test drive Ray Ray was cracking jokes which made us feel more comfortable. He was very knowledgeable as well, which was great. We didn’t feel rushed whatsoever which was a definite plus, he took his time showing us cars and was willing to work with us on prices.
