Balmoral Park Acura

Recently leased the Acura ADX, and i'm loving it. This was my first time going through a dealership with purchasing something new. Thanks for making my experience smooth and accommodating. It was great working with Sam & Erin, looking forward to future deals.

Thoroughly impressed with the quality of service at this dealership. The staff there (namely Sam and Erin) were knowledgeable, courteous, and very personable. Both were readily available to answer all questions we had and really took it upon themselves to make sure we walked away satisfied. I don’t know how they have any cars left in the lot!

This is the best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of working with! The day I bought my first car from them (3 weeks ago), I had visited 4 dealerships beforehand and none compared. The staff I've met are all super friendly and helpful. The lot has a great selection of new and used vehicles, which I highly recommend taking for a test drive. Honestly, the overall atmosphere is so inviting and none of the other dealerships in town can compare. Wanted to give a special shout out to Sam, one of the salesmen, for making my experience worth more than 5 stars. He was very friendly and wasn't at all pushy the day I first came in, which is less common than one would think. Sam has also gone above and beyond when it comes to answering my questions, getting me a great deal on a TLX, and even getting me fitted with a phone mount for the vehicle. Talk about customer service! I don't think you could find a more worth while place to do business.

Hands down the best dealership in Thunder Bay. I’ve dealt with ford, dodge, gm, chevy and now Acura. I guess saving the best for last is true in this case. Ryan W, Erin K & Sam L were great to deal with. They were all honest about everything and explained it all perfectly. They were all very friendly and made us feel at home. We felt like they were looking out for us and didn’t pressure us into anything. It was a pleasant surprise to see customer service was still a thing. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Our next car will most definitely be from here.
