Very disappointing experience at Toyota Bel-Air. I was charged $154 for a simple oil change, while at Tony Graham Toyota the same service is under $100 and even includes a complimentary car wash. A price difference of over 50% is hard to justify. I asked to speak with the manager to better understand the pricing gap. Unfortunately, there was no active listening — I was interrupted repeatedly and felt a clear lack of respect. I understand that prices can vary, but professionalism and basic customer respect should never be optional. I will not be returning.

Ahmed was the salesman that helped me get my RAV4 2026 in a very short time frame. I honestly think that working with Ahmed is the best thing to do if you are wanting to buy a car. Roman was very kind enough to help me as well. He showed honesty and kindness and careness. I would recommend going to this dealership if you are wanting to buy a car, come over to this dealership!
