Overall experience was excellent. Brianna S. was very helpful and while the goal is the sale of course, she did a great job keeping the whole experience a pleasant one and well represented the Banks Auto Dealership. I would definitely purchase at this dealership again.

No pressure sales, Finance guy kept It short and sweet and didn’t try to get me to buy paint protection, tire and wheel insurance, etc as other dealers typically do. Huge on-site selection of trucks. I was able to find the exact truck I was looking for, after not finding it at multiple other dealers. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Chevy or GMC!

Kasper was amazing to work with. We built the vehicle in December and from then until it was delivered in April he was always available, weekends included, to answer questions or make changes (like post build add-ons). I bought my HD 2500 Sierra a few months ago had an issue with trailer wiring. Made an appointment they gave me a brand new loaner truck called me a few hours later. Said it was already and fixed. Seems there was a problem from the factory in the 7 way connector. All covered under warranty they washed and cleaned my truck. Also did free oil change tire rotation that I was due very happy.
