An under tray bracket damaged by the towing company getting the vehicle to the dealer. Upon dropping off my vehicle, I asked for a quote for this damaged part. My vehicle was at the dealership for about 6 weeks. When I finally got it back, they never got the quote for this part I asked for when I dropped the vehicle off. I was also given very little updates while my vehicle was there for this period of time. I finally got the quote about a month after getting my vehicle back, and thru GMs roadside assistance team got the towing company to agree to pay it. I then dropped the vehicle off and got the work done. I got a call that my vehicle was ready. When I picked it up, I was given the surprise that the quote was underestimated over 5.5 hours of labor and was underquoted $1100. I was required to pay this to get my vehicle back, and now for the last month I'm struggling to convince the towing company to refund me for the $1500 total I was billed. Overall frustrating experience and a complete lack of communication from the dealer.
