The people were very nice, however they did not complete any of the services I asked for and still charged me. I asked for a weephole test and a block test but all they did was drive my car around and then I paid 110$ for that. Afterwards I took my car to a Great Canadian oil change and they diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes of looking at it. It will be difficult for me to trust this ford dealership again.

He worked hard to make our deal happen and got us into the exact vehicle we wanted. He even went in on his day off to make this deal happen for us going above and beyond! I honestly cannot say enough good things about Bannister Ford in Penticton and especially Adam O’Farrell, the sales manager I dealt with. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships and salesman over the years and this purchase hands down was the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. Adam went above and beyond from start to finish. His communication was absolutely incredible, even while I was away at work and even outside regular business hours while he was home with his family. He always made time to answer questions, keep me updated, and make sure everything was handled properly. What impressed me the most was how organized and prepared everything was. Adam lined up every detail perfectly and when I arrived to pick up the truck it was spotless, ready to go, and exactly as promised. Zero stress, zero runaround, just honest, professional service from start to finish. Any minor issues or details that came up afterward were handled quickly and professionally. This dealership genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind what they sell. To be completely honest, I was never really a Ford guy before this experience.
